In today’s marketplace of financial advice, many people do not know who’s on what team or whose interest is being taken into account. Is it the investment firm's or the clients'? Atlas Capital is an independent, fee-based advisory firm that always puts the clients' interests first. As an RIA firm it is legally our fiduciary duty to do what is in the best interest of the client. Broker/dealers and other non-RIA firms do not have this fiduciary duty and are not necessarily legally bound to put your best interests first. In fact, many broker/dealers are paid by fund companies to steer your money to higher-cost funds, giving them a massive conflict of interest. View the letter a broker will never sign.

There are not many investment advisors who can claim the CFA designation, while also having a broad array of experience in the financial markets, and a thorough understanding of economic history and theory. Atlas Capital can claim just that.
